Hospital in Dublin
FULL TIME PERMANET CONTRACT
Responsibilities
-Act as a specialist palliative care resource for patients with
advanced disease and their families referred to the palliative care
team
-Manage palliative care requirements of a caseload of patients
-Act as an advocate within the speciality area
Requirements

in an acute setting
-Minimum Diploma holder in palliative care or an equilivent
qualification
-Experince within speciality
-Ability to work indepenedently
